After years of waiting – and it’s almost unbelievable – Dead Island 2 is going to be released.
The First 11 Minutes
For starters, we already have the game’s intro shared by IGN (You can click here to switch to YouTube):
You will start in a plane crash. As you get out of the cabin, you’re welcomed by flames, and death. Of course, it’ll only be the first layer of Hell. The streets are now infested with zombies hungry for anything that moves.
And so, there’s you, the protagonist: ready to break bones, cut, slash, and shoot your way out of this mess.

Dead Island 2 will be available on April 21 for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series.
